FIREHOUSE Drummer To Fill In For WARRANT's STEVEN SWEET
December 27, 2012Michael Foster (FIREHOUSE) will fill in for WARRANT drummer Steven Sweet for the band's shows until February while Sweet is "on the mend" following last month's neck surgery.
Foster, 46, has been playing drums since he was 5 years old. In 1984, he auditioned for a band called WHITE HEAT where guitarist Bill Leverty played. He got the job, and eventually they met C.J. Snare and Perry Richardson, eventually changing the band's name to FIREHOUSE in 1988.
WARRANT's new album, "Rockaholic", was released in North America on May 17, 2011 via Frontiers Records. At the helm of the CD was mega-producer Keith Olsen (OZZY OSBOURNE, WHITESNAKE, SCORPIONS),with the mixing duties having been handled by Pat Regan (KISS, DEEP PURPLE, TED NUGENT).
